Scenario:

Imagine you work as a receptionist in an accountant's office. You have been getting negative feedback from clients because the accountants are always running late for meetings. You decide to work with the accounting team to develop some time management solutions.

Lead a brainstorming session with the accountants (i.e. your class/colleagues and/or trainer) on how to address the time management issue. You should think about some possible solutions to propose to the team prior to the brainstorming session.

Create mind map, using pen and paper or on your computer, (refer to below attached example mind map image) identifying at least three (3) strategies to address the time management problem. Save your mind map, or a photo of your mind map, as 'BSBCRT311Activity 11' and upload as evidence.
