The management has hired three external consultantsMartha, Henry and John - as their digital marketing experts to gain insight into their performance in the digital space and monitor how well they are doing on social media, online sites and external review pages. Although they plan to obtain this information through surveys and other actions, they need to understand the importance of monitoring the organisation's social media and establish a proper schedule for monitoring the organisation's social media, online sites and external review pages.
