ACTIVITY 2: FRONT OFFICE RESERVATION DEMONSTRATION

Coordinate with your partner and perform the reservation activity either over the telephone or in-person.

The following should be discussed and explained during the demonstration:

Arrival and Departure Date

Room Type

Payment and deposit

Use the following information for your reference:

Studio room: Php 2,000

Suite Room: Php 3,000

Cash Deposit: Php 2,000

The guest will get the studio room, but the suite room and its amenities should be offered and discussed

The date of arrival and departure will be given during the actual demonstration.
