Could you each explain what you think happened between you? Why don't you go first, Person A? Person A: Person B, I suppose, has not been contributing their fair share at work. I've witnessed them ignore client demands and delegate work to another team member on multiple occasions. This workload makes me feel like I'm being singled out, and it's making me tired and unmotivated. Person B: Person A, I believe, is deliberately pursuing me in the workplace. When they keep asking me to take on more work when I already feel like I'm doing my fair share, it seems like harassment. Based on your past and experience, your instincts tell you that this is a type of bullying. You haven't taken any action yet, but the tension is getting out of hand. Manager: Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts with me. Based on what you've mentioned, I can see how both of you may feel this way.
