Natalia is an Educator in the Toddler room. She has great skills in writing observations for her focus children. However, when it is her turn for her programming time, she can't find where she saved the photos of her focus children and can't allocate her written observations. The centre Director has started to become conscious and worried of the time that Natalia spends in looking for her documentation and not programming at all. How can you as a team member support Natalia and what would be your suggestion?
