After obtaining the evaluation reports from the 2 students, teacher/s and yourself (as the e-learning facilitator), prepare a report on the effectiveness of the e-learning program. Write it as if it is going to be read by the e-learning implementation team at the school.

Use Table 9 for your report.

Ensure that your report contains a summary of your findings.To be assessed as competent on this part of the taskthe report must include the following information, and consider the feedback from both students and other stakeholders:

  1. the effectiveness of the e-learning LMS/program
  2. suitability of the content, course structure, presentation style
  3. whether learning outcomes were achieved or not
  4. whether organisational outcomes were achieved
  5. recommendations for future e-learning for these students, including support provisions, taking into account relevant policies and proceduresand the capacity of the organisation to provide support
  6. justification for these recommendations
