Job: Flight Attendant

Building on the research and work you have done on the previous activities, in this activity you will come up with a recruitment plan to find the best candidates for the job you chose.

1. For this plan, you will be hiring for two open positions for the job you chose. Things to consider: is telecommuting an option? Does the applicants need specific education? Are years of experience needed? Is no experience acceptable? Is a special skill needed for this job? Does the job require licensure or certification or accreditation? Is this position a highly sought position? This is not an exhaustive list, just so examples to get you started. The first part of your paper should discuss the special considerations around the job you chose. You should identify 4 -5 aspects that are specific to the job that should be considered when trying to find the best applicants/candidates. Do not just answer the questions above or include aspects that are not applicable to the position you chose. Use the previous activities and the research you have done to help you with this.

2. Based on the above, identify three sources of applicants that think are best for the job you chose. You must include at least one outside source and one inside source. In your paper, make sure to define these sources using the course material and your textbook. Explain how these sources will address the special considerations you identified above. Make sure to define the sources by paraphrasing and citing the textbook.
