• The quality area requires that the service provide qualified and experienced educators who develop warm, respectful relationships with children but when going through the detailed breakdown of the quality area, feedback indicates that the organisation has not ensured that staff qualifications are compliant.
• Using the Guide to the NQF (Operational Requirements) provide a summary of what requirements are needed to ensure that staff qualifications are current and compliant against the quality area.
