Case Study Update

It has been three (3) months since you implemented the new delivery transport operations system.

Things appear to be running a lot more smoothly, and three (3) of the five (5) trucks in the fleet have has complete servicing and new tyres and requires parts. Unfortunately, during this period delivery date have been slipping and NCT has not been able to keep up with delivery demand.

Other staff members have provided feedback on Ian Grant, who is managing thing well, but no contingency plans have been in place to manage the delivery overflow.

Review the procedures for improvement as outlined above and make a recommendation/s below for appropriate action to be taken, to regain delivery productively.
