You've been called in as a consultant to solve some staffing issues for Metals Lab and Production, a small manufacturing company. You'll need to use your strategic HR knowledge to pinpoint the causes of the issues and then make specific recommendations to solve them. It's a puzzle with many parts that need to be put together just right...
