Outline soccer program to your Critical Friend and discuss your analysis. Have a conversation with your Critical Friend and discuss with them:

• Your Soccer program.
• The sports psychology principles used during the program.
• How you used sports psychology compared to another coach.

Make a summary of the conversation, covering:

• Briefly describe the program (noting that the details have previously been provided to your trainer/assessor as part of the practical assessment for this module)
• Analyse the program focusing on sport psychology and reflect on what workedwell, and what you may change in the future.
• Identify any issues or opportunities for improvement that your Critical Friend has identified, and whether you would adopt these. Discuss why or why not.
• Identify any other related relevant issues that you have considered since your reflection and discussion with your Critical Friend.
