Adaptability is able to manifest itself by flexibility. Adaptability needs flexibility for it to be adaptive it is something that needs to occur for anyone. I think some people are not born with it but I think it involves a person's upbringing to be adaptive in environments. I think it also involves some learning within social skills. How they should be trained is to understand the environment for every manager it is important for them to learn the environment. I think it is the best way to train someone with the environmental skills and go on from there
