Add insight and a question to classmate's discussion below

Stephen Covey's sixth habit centers around the concept that collaborating with another individual can introduce fresh perspectives to a project. The essence of this habit, known as "Synergize," involves the practice of creative collaboration. It encompasses qualities like teamwork, receptiveness to diverse viewpoints, and the exciting journey of discovering innovative resolutions for longstanding challenges. Nonetheless, this state of synergy doesn't arise spontaneously; rather, it evolves through a deliberate process. Within this process, individuals contribute their unique personal backgrounds and specialized knowledge to collectively address the task at hand. The best way to build energy is to work on a project that can only be completed through cooperation among multiple people. This prompts people to pool their skills and collaborate toward accomplishing a shared goal. In regard to school, my marketing classes have always required group projects. Despite being unpopular, these projects further build Covey's concept of synergy. When team members are involved in the decision-making process, they feel their input is valued, they are more likely to actively participate and contribute their ideas. In my professional life, I felt encouraged when asked to make my own decisions. For example, as a set designer I was allowed to make the decision on choosing which props were appropriate for each set I was creating. I felt that my leaders at work should lead by example. A leader in my life is the production supervisor at the company at work. She models the behaviors that she expects of us. When leaders are collaborative, communicative, and open to feedback, it sets a positive example for the rest of the team.
