1. NEEDS ASSESSMENT IN NGOLOKODO SCHOOLS IN NQUTHU:

There are primary schools and secondary schools situated in the area of NGOLOKODO in the NQUTHU area. These schools are highly affected by the poor performance that emanates due to poor performance in the subjects of Mathematics and Physical Sciences. The poor performance in Mathematics is observed as early as in grade 4. This is because learners are first introduced through the teaching of English as the language of learning and teaching (LOLT). Most of the learners become the drop-outs in grades 10 and 11 due to these subjects. Physical Sciences is a barrier because learners are without resources. For those who complete matric, an average between 30% and 40% is observed. The learners dismally failed to qualify for university admissions though these schools are in deep rural communities.

2. Mdlalose: Departmental Head (Senior & FET phases)

3. Sithole: Local parent with children in three local schools

4. Ntombela: Local small business and construction company

5. Latha: Mathematics Intermediate educator

6. Mkhize: Maths and Science grades 10-12 educator

7. Zikode: Ngolokodo Induna

8. Xaba: Unemployed volunteer primary school educator

3. MISSION AND VISION:

Craft a clear and compelling mission and vision statement for MATRINA EDUCATION NPO with a guiding framework for its activities and goals. The mission statement should succinctly articulate the NPO's purpose and objectives, while the vision statement outlines its long-term aspirations and desired impact on the community. These statements serve as rallying points for stakeholders and help maintain focus and alignment throughout the NPO's operations.

4. REGISTRATION OF NPO

Follow all steps to formally register this MATRINA EDUCATION to establish its legal status and credibility.
