Admist the Global covid-19 pandemic and economic uncertainty , a company owner is worried about the rising administrative cost of his company which reduces the bottom line of the company . A random sample of 10 employees was taken from a total of 100 employees and the results showed a mean of $550 extra administrative costs per week ,with a standard deviation of $50 . To lower down the cost , the company owner proposed to implement a cost reduction plan to reduce the cost . Of the 80 workers sampled , 54 strongly rejected the plan due to personal reason.
