(a) In your team, research how organizations can plan for a gradual transition to agile. Provide at least four best practices an organization needs to follow to help their teams with the switch.

(b) Consider a grass roots approach. What, if any, agile practices might be implemented in a team "under the radar?" In other words, practices would be introduced as "normal" improvements to team management, without formal approval at corporate level. Describe at least three possibilities.
