Advise Boris, with authority, if: {a} he can claim ownership of the Red Wall and the Last Ditch; (b) Grant can claim a valid contract to buy Mtitehall; or, if not, whether he has some other equitable basis either to claim ownership of Whitehall or at least recover the cost of the works for which Grant has already paid Owen; and (c) he can keep the station sign for Codswollop Halt if he has to convey Whitehall's title to Grant
