It uses intranet network where they hospital staff can assess in anywhere as long as they have theirstaff ID and password. This system mainlytoprovide a common source of information about a patient's health history.The system has tokeep data in a secure place and controls who can reach the data in certain circumstances.These systemsenhance the ability of health care professionals to coordinate care by providing a patient's health information and visit history at the place and time that it is needed.

b)eRadiology Systems (ER)

eRadiology Systems is acentralized reporting tool for CT, MRI, Ultrasound and X-ray.The radiology order will be entered fromfront office for outpatient and from ward for inpatients. E-radiology system only used byradiologist to determine a patient's condition.
