Africa has in the past been one of the fastest growing regions in the world. Its growth has been largely attributed to massive investments in infrastructural projects all over the continent. However, recently the COVID-19 situation has underscored Africa's progress as most of the infrastructural projects were either slowed down or even completely stopped in worse case scenarios.How can a good leadership practices be used to create resilience in most of the affected projects in the African continent.
