Afsaneh is 30 years old who moved from the middle east to Australia. Her mother got her married when she was 18 and sent her off to escape from the war zone area, she grew up in. Her marriage was turbulent. She was raped by her husband. She thinks men in general are violent and not dependable. She left her husband; however, she finds it hard to have a relationship with other any men. She comes to you for counselling. How would you help her change her thought process on men and make her trust other men?
