After a quick organizing drive, the United Coffee Pourers of America (UCPA) have applied to unionize the workers at the store. The proposed bargaining unit includes the shift managers, the baristas and the contracted cleaning staff. They present cards from 1 shift manager, 10 baristas and 1 cleaning staff. The employer has objected to the bargaining unit make up and the labour relations board is reviewing the application
