After a recent Executive Committee meeting, the Righteous Inn's General Manager and HR Manager have decided that the hotel's WHS system needs updating. It was brought up in the meeting that due to recent high turnover of staff in all departments, there has not been sufficient WHS training and induction during new staff onboarding programs. As a result, there is a fear that WHS procedures are not being followed correctly. This causes very serious concerns for both the hotel's legal compliance with WHS requirements, as well as the safety of the staff and customers
