Introduction

Ethics have an impact on the administration of business. Ethics appear to impair a company manager's moral decision in regards to what is good from wrong. A community or an entity may decide the decisions made by an organisation. A company's willingness to make a decision to act ethically is known as a spiritual one. This suggests that the workers must be able to determine the acts that are correct. The workers must be able to condemn the course of action that is considered incorrect by this code of ethics. Ethical behaviour will produce a lot of income in a market setting. Leaders in an organisation must be capable of being role models for their junior personnel. Leaders are able to improve the company's image by making good choices and strengthening ethical conduct in the corporate climate. The ethical code for the Morinda Company will be discussed in this report.

Discussion

As stated earlier, an organisation would benefit from the opportunity to operate in an ethical way by maximising the integrity and legitimacy of the company. In this scenario, Morinda Corporation is one of the businesses that has stressed ethical behaviour to improve the company's image and integrity.

General policy relating to the Laws and the Business Conduct

The "Descriptive or Unlawful Consumer or Recruiting Practices" is one of the legal codes of ethics relating to the general policy on legislation and business conduct. In this section, the corporation forbids any member of the company or any individual business partner from participating in any misleading or unethical recruiting practises. The association's member firms must be able to make sure that no claims are made that would confuse clients or salespeople.

The association's member businesses must be able to comply with all the provisions of company law. It is relevant to remember in this section that not all legal obligations are replicated under this statute.

Employees (How the Corporation Treats the Employees)

Each of the association's affiliate partners needs to treat their workers with integrity and respect. Treating workers with dignity is essential to the Morinda Corporation's success and effectiveness. Employees should be able to enjoy the self-respect and integrity of their Morinda Corporation role. The organisation should be able to improve the staff' working climate.

Employees (How the Employees conduct themselves in relation to work environment)

In accordance with the code of ethics, workers are expected to conduct themselves in the business environment. This suggests that staff are expected to agree with the decisions taken by senior management with respect to business activities. Under this situation, if the workers are supposed to behave themselves by the company in an acceptable way, then they are forced to be less likely to partake in immoral conduct that will harm the company's reputation. Employees shall not unfairly take the properties of the corporation or make misleading statements on corporate dealings concerning the costs of performing the undertaking.

Customers (How the Corporation should interact with the customers)

Workers and employers should provide consumers with truthful results. Customers should also be treated with respect and dignity, equivalent to the care of workers. The company will be able to boost its prestige and legitimacy by this.

In terms of price, quality, quantity, value, and performance, the corporation's offer of products and services shall be honest and precise. This is the code of conduct targeted at Morinda Corporation's workers and employers.

Suppliers (How the Corporation interacts with the suppliers)

The business is responsible for treating vendors with respect and integrity. Suppliers shall, unless otherwise stated, deliver their payment at the agreed time. The corporation is expected to provide information about the materials needed when doing business with the vendors without any unfavourable grounds for damaging the supplier's business. "The company shall provide its suppliers with a written agreement to be signed by both the supplier and the company's representatives." This indicates that the supplier and the company have a written agreement. The Code of Ethics in this written arrangement forbids workers or employers from doing outside business without the consent of the Superior Board of the corporation. Another ethical behaviour is fairness between the vendor and the company. The agent of the customer should have truthful opinions on the company's success of the supplier's goods.

Conclusion

In conclusion, businesses should be able to perform their business in an ethical way in a business setting. An organisation is capable of enhancing its image and integrity through ethical actions. There are a number of laws and regulations of most corporate organisations that are used to govern the company's activities in relation to the ethical code of ethics. This suggests that the code of ethics should be adhered to by both workers and employers.
