Other than taking steps to boost the wireless network signal, please describe at least 2 specific and reasonable recommendations to troubleshoot the network connectivity on that device. Please describe what you would do and why it might solve the problem. (Boosting the Wi-Fi signal has been excluded as an acceptable answer for this question.)
