After moving out of Jamil's house, Ahmad bought a bungalow in BCB Height from Zack after Zack said that he believes that BCB Height is a safe area. He signed the sales and purchase contract and paid the 10% deposit. A week after he entered the contract, Ahmad found that there were no security services provided at BCB Height. Ahmad intends to rescind the sale and purchase contract which he entered with Zack because there were many theft cases at BCB Height since he does not feel safe anymore.
