After reading the blog "Excuses, How They Hinder," take a few moments to do some self-reflection. What excuses do you make in your own life? Now be more specific- what excuses do you make in your life about school?

1. Identify the excuse(s) you make about school/schoolwork (these may be excuses you make to yourself, not to your instructor)
2. Identify the reason(s) you use the excuse (see the section titled: "Understanding the reason behind your excuses" in the blog)
3. Explain how eliminating this excuse will help you (both short-term and long-term)
4. Share how you will eliminate this excuse
5. Provide your rebound plan since our first attempts are not always met with success.
