After reading through the chapter and the resource material you probably realize that the topics of MOTIVATION and EMOTION are rather important in the field of Psychology. Theories of Motivation attempt to explain the "whys" of our behavior; theories of Emotion attempt to explain why we feel the way we do. For this week's Assignment, we're focusing on our OWN Motivation. And then describe a few of the INTRINSIC (inside yourself-your drive- Love, and other feelings, goals, etc..) motivators and EXTRINSIC (outside influences- Money, travel, etc..) motivators in your own life.
