After sending my Johari Window link to family and coworkers I received feedback from nine people (see results at the end of my post). I received some good feedback, but I feel that due to the low group size, I did not get the best results. I have a starting point, however. The number of choices one can make is low. Based on how the Johari Window works, it is my opinion that limiting someone to only five to six picks is too low. Everyone has significantly more than five to six adjectives about themselves. I understand that the goal is to see what your top qualities are, but it is my opinion that false results are displayed in the unknown quadrant because there simply were not enough picks for everyone to utilize. The arena quadrant will always only have a maximum of six adjectives no matter how many people take the survey because the person being surveyed can only pick a maximum of six. For everyone reading my post, am I wrong, or do you agree with me? With that being said, based on my results from this exercise I have answered the following questions accordingly. extend this converation
