After taking this assessment, my scores were as followed: Type B: All Rounder = 47 Type C: Uncertain = 36 Type D: Old-fashioned = 35 Type A: Analytics-Bent = 34 These results surprised me but also did not surprise me at the same time. What surprised me the most was the gap between my highest and my second highest. There was almost a 10-point gap, and my other points were all withing one or two points of each other. Now that I know what my results are from this assessment and reviewing the questions, I think there are a few ways that I can be a better leader or manager. In order to bring up my score for analytics-bent, I need to be more well rounded in data analytics so that I can bring that into my management position or a leadership position. I think that in the uncertain category, I need to be more confident using data and being able to commit to decision making once I have the data in order to make that decision.
