After the pandemic considered over, the crowd is back. The business starts to get back alive. Shan and Gerald planning to established a food court centre referring to the crown and growth of many Puja Sera around the city. This food court will try to bring the modern style, caf like, good place to meet with various type of food and supported with technology. At the first establishment, Shan and Gerald already build the needed building equipped with a very well ambience in 3 great places around Jakarta: Pluit, Tanjung Duren and Alam Sutra. Along the time they plan to expand more to other places and city. The food court plan to put wide variation with good quality of food and fair price to ensure the loyalty of customer not only depend on the ambience of the building. To make it interested, the pattern for tenant have been provided: - There will be 2 types of tenants: Fixed rental or revenue sharing. - For fixed rental, the company apply: - Monthly rental (with minimum of 3 months rental - for the first payment) and then paid monthly. - Longer rental with discounted prices. - Revenue sharing The food court will take 15% of revenue and will set a maximum cap, that even if the stall sales is very high there will be maximum payment. - There are 3 types of stalls provided: Small, Regular, Double, with different prices charge. - 2% of sales from each stall will be taken to support cleaning waiter and parking staff. - The arrangement Table as shown below, to make you better understand of the mechanism. To make sure there are excellent operations and process, you are requested to design a proper information system to support this food court (Shining Grater). Here are some details apps that request you to prepare: 1. Entry data for Location and Stall - Enter the location data that the food court have. - Enter number of stalls for each type that they have in each location. This will be the basic for tenant candidate to apply as tenant. 2. Apply / register as tenant. - On the website, there will be page to register / apply as tenant. - Can choose the location they want to apply. - Can submit needed information of the applicant to ensure validity and capabilities, this include the previous experience, photos or current restaurant that they already have. - Select the rental types. - Input the planned menu and the prices (including photos) - Provide the candidate with information of available/vacant stalls now and with current tenant that already exist as their consideration to compare with what they suggested. - In default, later there will food test for tenant candidate that the schedule will be set by the food court. 3. Tenant Evaluation - Review all tenant registration. - Desk evaluation for all inputted data from tenant candidate and Schedule (if needed) for food test. - Tenant can see the schedule and place where the food test will be set. - Decision for the tenant, accepted or rejected. - Tenant contract will be manual, and after that the tenant candidate data will be transferred into Tenant data with some additional data like the stall number, starting date, etc. - After becoming a formal tenant, the tenant will need to review and update again the data from what they have inputted earlier as formal menu. All this menu will need approval from the food court before it becomes official. Make sure they can compare the previous and the suggested one (compare with what they inputted during registration or with the previous data that they have). 4. Day-to-day transaction - All tables will be provided with a tablet, where all customers can make their order there. - All tenant with all menus will be in the tables and customer can make order, additional orders at the tablet. - Customers can pay the order at the table with QRIS or can go to the cashier to pay (for cash and card). Also provide the system for the cashier. - All tenants will be able to see paid orders to their stall through the tablet in their stall. Can update status that can be seen by customers (New Order, Preparing, Delivering, Served) 5. Daily financial settlement. - Every night 9.30pm will be last order, then after that the cashier will make daily settlement for that day. - Fixed rental tenant will be paid refer to their revenue that day (deducted 2% for services) - For revenue sharing tenant will be paid refer to revenue that day: - Will be deducted 15% from that day revenue, - Will be deducted 2% for services, - Update accumulation payment until that day of the months - If the accumulation already achieved, the 15% deduction will no longer applied. - The cashier will run the settlement, show the calculation, make a review and check then transfer the information to all tenant for approval. In some cases there are some mistakes, and the update should be on the transaction. - After all the data is confirmed, the cashier will transfer the money to each tenant, and they can directly check the transfer and confirm. - After all done, the cashier will close transaction of the day.
