After watching the video titled "Basic Functions of Management" and giving some thought to the areas in which I may need development, I have come to the conclusion that one of my strong suits is the ability to organize information and tasks in such a way as to accomplish certain objectives. I am able to do data analysis efficiently, effectively convey plans, and effectively allocate responsibilities to suitable persons or teams.
