After working for $20$ years in a real estate company, Windell Mendoza opened her own real estate consultancy firm called "Mendoza Consultancy Services" using the personal savings she had while working. She was able to establish a good client portfolio consisting of few individuals and stable mid$-$sized companies which encouraged her to put up her own company.
