Agile is increasingly becoming more popular in the PM World. Some of the advantages of using an Agile process is: 1) Allows team to respond to changing requirements, or unknown requirements (this is often listed as a key reason for project failure). 2) Agile provides an environment with continuous representation from the stakeholders as the process provides more frequent delivery of products and reviews with the customer and stakeholder during the sprint reviews 3) Agile is designed to accommodate process updates.
