Agility can be critical to the company if the company cannot think quickly. Especially when a customer needs an answer. A company should always be ready to take accountability for any changes within the company. For example, speaking to customer service for Amazon about the products I bought, I think the company should be able to think quickly in their responses and have knowledge of what I purchased to ensure I am getting a great deal
