Agree or disagree. An organizational change I had to adapt to was when I got new leadership at my current job. With new leadership it can be difficult to adapt with the implementation of new policies and rules alongside getting to know the person. In the beginning it can be hard to understand where these new leaders are coming from and with this causes a shift in employee morale. A few of the new policies were things we weren't used to and since new leadership isn't just about getting to know them and their leadership style but also being able to adapt yourself to a new environment with their new policies. This change was necessary because we had expectations as a company that we were not hitting and our turnover rate for employees was low. Bringing in new leadership allowed us to have a new pair of eyes with more creativity and possibilities for a few of our store concerns. Our senior leaders communication wasn't the best during this time period. Since they were the ones directly affected it wasn't until new leadership was being finalized to be brought in that we were able to regain focus and organization within
