AGREE OR DISAGREE

The proposed qualitative exploratory study explores why criminal justice does not abide by the Constitution and examines barriers to the rights of African Americans. For a long, the Black race has existed in America, but being prejudged by the criminal justice white race has caused the loss of many black lives and created a feeling of insecurity in Black society.

Focusing on Eric GuGunner'sase, he was a young black man with a criminal history. Eric, however, did not imply that he was a criminal by the time he was then aggressively arrested by a group of New York Department of Police officers led by Daniel Pantaleo. It was because of the wrong judgment that Eric Gunner lost his life by being choked. He is known for saying, "I" cannot breathe, "but no one came to his rescue. Then, the liability was taken to law courts but not indicted.

Looking at FeFerguson'sase, there is another unarmed black teenager [Michael Brown] who was shot by police officer [Darren Wilson] on the assertion that he tried to grab a gun from him after stealing goods from a store. The officer fully armed against an unarmed black teen who ended up losing his life without any chance of trial in Courts of law, and still, the officer responsible was not indicted.
