Agree or disagree why?

Some examples of unproductive communication is crossing arms or placing hands on hips, not making eye contact and lastly interrupting. They are unproductive because from the speakers point of view he/she would most likely feel as if they are not actually being listened to by the person listening to them and can find this as disrespect.
