Activity based pricing is a concept where consumers are offered with separate prices for different services, they ask for in addition to the cost of goods they purchase. Consumers carefully pick and choose the services/products they request. It is also referred to as menu-based pricing.

One best example for this ABC concept computing services where they offer different packages of the computers/laptops. Based on the request of the customers, they include the different services as Anti-virus protection, upgrade to higher storage(GB) etc.
