(i) What is meant by consumer goods and what are the goods that are protected under the Hire Purchase Act?

(ii) Ahmad went to Suria Jaya to buy some household items such as a dining table, refrigerator, washing machine and a home theater set. Ahmad wanted to know if he could get a distribution for payment for all the items he bought and how about the agreement for each item he bought? (14 marks)

(iii) A month ago, Ahmad bought a car from Ilham Jaya on hire purchase. After using it for six months, the car was detained by police on suspicion of being a stolen car. But after an investigation the car was returned to Ahmad. However, Ahmad refused to accept the car. (7 marks)
