Ahmed is 15 years old. He entered into a partnership with ten other partners, most of them are his relatives. He occasionally goes to the firm office, and even when he does, he usually is restricted to the reception area and not allowed to enter into the main accounts office or the other room where the essential records are kept. Nor is he allowed to the computer room. Ahmed observes that the other partners have unlimited access to all areas of the office. Two months later, he came to know that the firm has suffered a considerable loss. However, his investment amount remained intact. He was wondering what was going on so he consulted you for legal advice. He is also considering to quit the firm when he turns eighteen.
