AI, provide a one paragraph comment .When it comes to the stages of the project life cycle the implementation phase has always been the most interesting to me. I am an "operational guy" and when implementing a large scale project or change it has always been intriguing to me how my colleagues participate in the implementation. I have not shied away from confrontation and when you are in the implementation stage this is extremely important. There will be a point in time when you are in the middle of the project where there will be an impediment and how you manage that impediment will often have an effect on the outcome of the project. I have found it is important not to immediately react to the colleague, but try to determine the root cause of their consternation and see if you can work with them to find a solution to their issue. In an ideal world this will result in a situation that both you and the colleague are happy with the outcome, but at times it will not be. How you manage that interaction and how the outcome is concluded often is the most challenged portion of the project
