Aina, a new entertainer in the singing industry was invited by Gemilang Sendirian Berhad, a private company, Gemilang Sendirian Berhad to perform at its annual dinner. Aina intended to engage Rosyam, a professional tailor to sew a suitable dress for that dinner. Aina paid RM5,000 for the dress. After the performance, Aina discovered that there were rashes on her hands and legs and the whole of her body itched.

Aina went to see a doctor and the doctor told Aina that her skin was sensitive to the material used for the dress that she had worn for the performance.

Aina went to see Rosyam and returned the dress to the tailor because the material used for the dress was not of good quality causing her itchiness.

Aina also claimed from Rosyam for the refund of her money covering the cost of the dress and the medical expenses incurred by her. Aina now wants to sue the tailor.
