Discuss how the efficiency and effectiveness of a mass- transit system in a large city (such as San Jose) can be measured. This discussion assignment consists of 2 posts. Post 1: Provide 3 metrics that you believe are appropriate measures of the effectiveness and efficiency of a mass transit system.
