Al marries Betty. They buy a house together and subsequently have three children: Carol, Dave, and Evan who all grow up into adults and move out. Years later Betty dies with a will that leaves everything she owns to Al and Al properly probates the will. After several years, Al marries Faye who sells all of her belongings, quits her job, and moves into the house with Al where they have a very happy and lengthy marriage.
