After making the first monthly installment payment, Ali fell into arrears with his next installment. AB Motors served a default notice which expired without Ali paying off the arrears and, thus, AB Motors terminated the agreement. This was a week ago and AB Motors has today discovered that Ali had been involved in an accident and the Motorcycle has been repaired by Rep Garage Ltd where he took it for repair and the repair bill is unpaid. AB Motors now wish to recover possession of the Motorcycle. Advise AB Motors.
