Ali Co. is a Lebanon-based producer of aluminium products that are used for the Aluminium & Glazing treatment of building facades such as doors, windows, and decorative screens. Historically, the companys main customers were in the Gulf markets and the company handles international operations through its export department. However, in recent years, the company has expanded its business to countries from Southeast Asia to Europe. The management team believes the current export department arrangement is no longer suited to the firms growing international sales generated from outside the Gulf markets and wants to adopt a more sophisticated approach.
