Ali made an offer to sell his Proton Waja to Ahmad by email for RM15,000 on 2nd June 2009. The next day, at 10.00am, Ahmad sends an email to Ali accepting his offer for the car at the said price. At 10.01am, Ali telephoned Ahmad informing him that he is revoking his offer. At 10.03am, when Ali opened his email account, he received Ahmad's email accepting his offer. Advise Ahmad whether he can compel Ali to sell him the car.
