Alice Audubon, a healthy $20$ year old runner, has just moved trom Denver, Colorado. Although she loved living for so many years up in the Rocky Mountains, Alice looked forward to the much smaller mountains and valleys of Chattanooga, Tennessee. Since she was planning to apply to the distinguished nursing program at Chattanooga State, Alice wanted to continue her exercise program by running on the Riverwalk. Unfortunately, every time she tried, she became alarmed by how hard her heart seemed to pound. She decided to come see a doctor. When you ask for symptoms, Alice replies, "When I try to run, my heart feels like it's going to burst. I have this ringing in my ears and I get dizzy. Sometimes my arms and legs hurt, too." You look at Ms$.$ Audubon carefully and you notice that although it was quite cool in the office, her face was flushed as if she was still exercising. You take a blood sample and do a blood count.
