Lady Fredericka James collects antiques, and she is particularly fond of antique jewellery and recently decided it was time to increase her collection. She visited the local Antique shop, upon entering the gallery she was immediately drawn to an antique brooch that she felt looked familiar. When she communicated with the Antique Dealer, Rupert Jones, he stated as follow: "the brooch is the original brooch owned by Marie Antoinette, former Queen of France who executed during the French Revolution, an excellent price of $5 million dollars"

Lady Fredericka was really excited by the find and could not believe her luck, she immediately purchased the brooch, which the Antique Dealer wrapped carefully placed in a decorated box.

Now, a couple of months later Lady Fredericka has discovered that the brooch is a fake and worth, at most, $200.00.
