All position reassignments were to be decided by the division's higher management based on business requirements. Training and skill requirements for managers and employees were established during the design phase. It was suggested that managers and employees discuss the various tasks they now carry out and what skill sets would be better suited for them. These discussions were passed along to top leadership, who would assign the people to their new jobs
